Barnacle
The Barnacle, located close to the water’s edge, is a large post-and-beam barn that provides a gathering and entertainment space for guests and family. The Barnacle has a kitchen, dining table that seats up to ten easily, a living room with large fireplace and piano, and a 14 foot sliding glass door opening from the living room to the deck. A large bedroom adjoins the bathroom with a shower, and washer and dryer. The loft has two twin beds, which can be converted into a king and can be visually shut off from the living areas below. ​​​​
The Barnacle is located near the Boat House. If you're looking for extra room for extended family or friends, these two cottages are a great pair as their locations are close to one another.

Rabbit Hole
The Rabbithole has a full kitchen, a small dining area and living room as well as two bedrooms and a loft. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has twin beds, which can be converted to a king. In addition to the beds in the two bedrooms, there is a twin bed in the loft, which is open to the living room and accessible by ladder. Washer and dryer are located off the kitchen. A kerosene heater and two wood stoves provide heat for cold nights and mornings. The living room opens out to the deck through a 12-foot sliding door, with an ocean view. ​​

Popover
The Popover, a studio space, is nestled in the woods with views of Blue Hill Bay. It is feels more remote than the other cottages.
It offers space for 2-4 people with a sleep sofa on the main floor, and two twin beds (that can also be convertible into king) in the loft, reached by ladder. The Popover is fully insulated and ideal for off-season fall visits.

The Boathouse, located right at the edge of the shore, is a studio with two twin beds that can be converted to a king size bed. If you're staying in the Barnacle or Rabbit Hole, this cottage is perfect for extended family or friends staying with you. The Boat House is close to the Barnacle.
The space includes a kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave, sink, electric kettle, and toaster oven and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
This building is easy access for those with limited mobility.
