Pet Policy
Please note when owners are in residence, their dogs may be present, on leash.
We do not permit renters to bring pets.
Quiet Time
Quiet time should be observed after 10 PM - 8AM please remember, if windows are open loud voices can travel.
Septic Systems and Wells:
Property is on a private septic system and must be treated with care.
Do not flush anything but toilet paper and do not run the water unnecessarily. Please do not run the dishwasher, washer and showers at the same time.
Smoking/Outdoor Fires

Absolutely no smoking or outdoor fires/fire pits on the property.

All cottages are Non-Smoking. This includes smoking on decks, balconies, etc. Failure to adhere to this important rule will result in immediate eviction.

Fireplaces
Fireplaces: Fireplaces or wood stoves. Guests who use these amenities must be well-versed in proper and safe utilization, as well as fire extinguisher location and operation. If you are unsure how to manage the fireplaces or wood stoves please ask before using!
Fireworks
Fireworks aren't allowed on the property or to be used in any capacity on the property at any time. Use of fireworks will result in immediate eviction.
Owner's Closet/building
This property is equipped with a locked Owner's Closet and a few buildings. Please do not tamper with the locks or attempt to open closet or enter buildings that aren't the one you have rented.
Board Games and Puzzles
If your rental cottage comes with board games and/or puzzles, please make sure all pieces to go back their respected boxes when finished.
Recreational Safety
Every person in a boat must be accompanied by a flotation device - either worn on the body or in the form of a life cushion in the boat.
